Hello,

I work with a company of 4000 employees. I have to streamline the training report of every employee who attends a training program on a monthly basis. I have heard of a good tool called Training Report Card. I have no clue how this works though!! 😕 Could someone please help in understanding how this works? It would also help if you did have a template to share. If there is any other way to monitor training attendance and reporting, I AM ALL EARS!!! :)

I would be interested to hear about this too. Out here the trainers update the database and key in most of the relevant information and since incentives are linked to these there is no backlog.

Dear Priyanka,

Most of the HRIS software packages include built-in training modules. Firstly, check which software your HR department is using and whether it has the capability to store training-related information. This should meet your requirements.

Alternatively, a simple method would be to create a report using MS Access.
