Hi Sumith,
Very well understand your problem;
First of all – schedule a meeting with your supervisor on this matter – quite likely it would be director.
Before you meet the director collate the data and prepare yourself in terms
Am sure it would help !.

Before you meet the director collate the data and prepare yourself in terms
- What rules are not being followed,
- Elucidate what do you mean that people are not working properly – put it down on paper and also how it should be organized.
- Prepare the draft over the abovementioned issues and meet and discuss with Director and emphasize how it is adversely affecting the business and your ideas on resolution. Also ask for the ideas/opinion from the director which would help to organize the Business in a better way.
Am sure it would help !.

Yes Sumith,
Of course you can and do it after the meeting with Director.
Everyone should be forewarned on the rules & regulations to be followed and it’s consequences.
Just one request to you – please address me by my name – ”Rajat” and not “sir” as we are all students here and learn from each other.

Dear Sumith,
Handle the situation calmly. No body (entrepreneur) wants losses in business, even from relatives also. For that you have to follow few steps as under:-
1) Be Professional not emotional / personal
2) Search out the root cause of losses and write in black n white
3) Find out the best possible solutions of that problem to overcome losses
4) Then discuss the same thing with your immediate boss with solution of problem
5) Have suggestions and don’t forget to meet your director along with your boss in professional meeting.
No organization will reach the point of success till then they have positive attitude employees with sense of belongingness (entrepreneur skills).

gentlamen,
please donot waste your time, search another opening or do some tricks to bring more business.
Altimately what matters in business is your results. You must prove as asset because directors relatives shall be proved as liability and for this you needs to work on business.

Just search CiteHr and you will find your answer.
Have you asked the company which topic is of use to them? You have neither given the topic that interests you nor the type of industry and the size and location of the firm. These would be useful for anyone trying to guide you.
