I am a member of the management committee of the Indian Society for Training & Development, Delhi Chapter, and also on the editorial board of the above journal. ISTD Delhi Chapter publishes the Training & Development Reporter on a bi-monthly basis. I invite fellow members who are interested in submitting articles, especially in the field of training & development / HRD, case studies, innovations in the field, etc., to submit their articles to me. Before submitting, please ensure that you are not infringing on the intellectual property rights of others in any way, so the article should be genuine and original. Dear Madhurima,

I find that many of your posts requesting material have gone unanswered. That's because of two reasons: one, the posts are too general and, two, unless academics see your posts, others may not have the material handy. We also have to do the same as you, i.e., search the web.

I searched and could not find many scholarly articles.
