Hi all,
For filling TDS returns, there are different software options available in the market. Such software is also available at www.nsdl.com.
The first step in filling TDS returns is to make all TDS payments, including those for rent, professional fees, contractors, interest, and from salary. Once the payments are made, all the details should be filled in the TDS return to generate a .fvu file. Take a copy of this .fvu file on a CD and submit it to the TIN FC center along with Form 27A. After receiving the acknowledgment numbers, fill these numbers in the TDS certificates (Form 16 and 16A) and issue the certificates to those from whom the TDS was deducted.
Thank you.
