Hi all,
I have recently completed the PG Diploma in Training and Development from ISTD. I would like to know if it really holds value in the current T&D market. If yes, then where and how? Please, let me know.

Hi Dibyendu, Sorry I can't answer your query, but want to ask... how difficult is this diploma as I'm also going to join this course. I'm working as an HR executive for the last year. How easy or tough would it be as it's been more than a year since I have touched the books? I mean how is the course? Regards, Saloni

Hi Sreenidhi,
Thank you for the reply. I forgot to mention that I am a professional soft skills trainer with 5 years of experience in the IT and ITES field. However, oscarmurphy is something which I do want to explore.
Thanks,
Dib

Hi Saloni,
The course is very subjective. The paper I OB, in particular, and papers II and III are kind of dry with lots to study for 90 marks. However, the others are manageable. Here are some important tips:
1. Refer to old question papers.
2. Get used to writing; the more you write, the more you score.
3. The second year is easier than the first, so a little extra effort is needed.
Let me know if you need any kind of support.
Regards,
Dib
