I am planning to conduct an Employee Satisfaction Survey in my organization. The strength of my organization is 600 people at different locations. Can anyone provide me with an Employee Satisfaction survey questionnaire/format and the important points to be taken care of? Also, provide inputs on the analysis part of the survey.

Questions become important only after you have finalized on which areas you will measure employee satisfaction. A general satisfaction survey may not always provide an accurate picture, as any survey with more than 25 questions will typically not yield the correct results. People have a short attention span. After a while, they tend to just read the questions and respond with a "Central Tendency" Syndrome.
It would be better if you could decide on 2-3 areas of impact and conduct a survey. This approach would not only be better for arrangements, logistics, and administration but also for analysis. It will provide better and more realistic results, and action planning based on the findings can be more effective and beneficial.
