Dear Mr. Sekar,
I am replying to you without mincing words. Although I am not aware of your profile or setup, one gets the feeling that you are a fresher in employment or in the HRD department.
You have made a long list of policies on HR issues. It would be tempting to download pages, articles, or formats on your HR issues. That is the short route. Everyone will rush to help you out with their background or experience, which means what you may adopt in your company will not be the original work expected of you by management.
Though any forum is meant to exchange views with like-minded people, that is only one aspect of learning in anybody's career. Please invest in HR books, journals, and case studies. It is hard work that requires the application of your educational background, notes you have made in your previous internship, and the knowledge you have gained so far. It may take days to even understand the concepts of HR policies, but that will stay in your mind as original thinking and will surely come in handy. These days, thinking and analysis are often overlooked, even by freshers who are expected to apply their minds.
Talk to your seniors and friends, and prepare some drafts that may be criticized. But that is learning. Please do not take the luxury of downloading articles and formats without any groundwork or preparatory work from your side.
I may sound a little different, but that is the bare fact. Hard learning of the fundamentals does not mean you ask for or expect a sea of information without your contribution.
Best Wishes.
