I would like to know the scope of Industrial Relations (IR) in the IT sector. Does IR come under HR only or is it a different area? If they are indeed different, what is the scope of HR & IR differently?

Hi Nidhi, IR is seprately required mainly in manufacturing units or where labour class forms most of the workforce. In IT mainly there wont be any labour class, HR can deal in IR issues if any.
