Hi,

Though we do not have the form for grievance handling, we implement an Employee Correction form and are planning to modify it as the Critical Incident and Counseling Record. The form can be suitably modified, and a format can be developed for grievance handling.

There is no specific form for registering a grievance. It depends on the nature of the organization and the grievance handling procedure established by it. For example, in a hierarchical organization, the form can specify the levels upwards starting with initial registration. You should ensure an appellate level where the final decision can be taken in case the aggrieved is not satisfied with the redressal at lower levels.

The other important element of a grievance handling procedure is the time frame for answering the grievance. The form should necessarily contain the following: Name, Designation, Work station, Nature of grievance, Time frame for reply, Acknowledgment of receipt of grievance.
