Hi all HR Networkers,
Greetings and great to meet you all. I am working on drafting a policy on Employee Retention Strategies with special emphasis on the NON-IT sector. Can anyone be kind enough to shed some light on these strategies? Please keep in mind that these strategies should not result in mind-boggling expenditure, which, in turn, will ultimately increase the manpower costs for any company. It should be something related to the attitude or psyche of an employee.
Awaiting responses.
Thanks,

Hi Pradeep/Kamadana,
Can you please elaborate on which industry you are in? We need to have different strategies for different kinds of industries, although a few may be common. If you can specify your industry, I may be able to suggest a few things.
