Dear Rajendra and friends,
I'm specifically not limiting my search to any particular training and number of participants because I want to keep all options open. For example, it can be a behavioral training, sales training, or even a product training. It could vary from 5 people to 40 people to 100 people. What I'm looking for is 'venues'. A variety of trainings are to be organized, and our company has its set venues, but I'm looking out for more since most of us have visited the set venues. I feel that training is supposed to be a value addition to our knowledge and behavior, which happens best when the mind is fresh. Therefore, I'm looking for some fresh venues for the planned 20 trainings throughout the year of varied interests.
Please help me enhance the training programs by giving me ideas for various training venues.

Thank you, Anuradha! It's an addition to my list. I'll go and check it out to see what kind of trainings we can plan there. Please, friends, I'm looking for more all over India. They could also be some kind of adventure camps that we could combine with behavioral training.

Manas Resort at Igatpuri is good for outbound training programs, as is Nature's Trail at Vikramgarh near Manor. As of now, I am able to remember only these two... :)
