Dear All,
Some of our employees are asking for a certificate of income for the purpose of registering for the Laadli Yojna of the Government of India. Please advise whether to include the PF and other deductions in the salary. Since they are lower-grade employees, they receive very little cash in hand at the end of the month. How can we help them?

All components must be included in their income certificate. It would be a problem then if you try to help them in illegal ways if crossed checked.
