I am experiencing many work changes:
Reporting line increased from 1-2-3.
Main focus shifted from sales to operations.
Almost all classroom training has transitioned to e-coaching.
No one is informing me about our plans for next year. What should I prepare and plan for the coming days? The timetable is becoming less and less structured; does this indicate that I might be fired soon?
