I am looking for some information on the Shop and Establishment Act - Maharashtra Rules as I want to frame a policy for the daily wage workers in my organization, such as peons and cleaners, who are paid Rs. 2500 per month with no overtime or leave benefits. I want to understand the main components and basic salary structure for this category as per Maharashtra rules. Our firm is a distributor with a turnover of 12 crores and has been operating in India for two years. I would be highly obliged if someone could guide me on this.
