Dear All,

Our company is a manufacturing company, and for the first time, a few employees have completed their 10th year in the organization. I would like to appreciate their loyalty in a very special manner and do something different. Hence, I request you to provide me with a few ideas/suggestions in this regard.

Regards,

Vidya, That's wonderful. It's very rare in the present scenario for employees to serve for 10 years in the same company. You can give them the benefit of ESOPs, also a loyalty certificate for their stay in the company.

While commending your loyalty and belongingness towards the Company, the Management places on record its deep sense of appreciation for the good work you have put in to bring up the Company.

Hi Vidya,

You are thinking of rewarding loyal employees - good idea. You are HR. But can I expect to see you in the same company after 10 years? Will you give the commitment to the organization? Tell me, you are an HR, and the organization expects this from you. Your staying for 10 years will be appreciated.

Dear Shahid,

Thank you very much for the suggestion. Apart from the letter, I would like to do something different. For example, sending them abroad along with their family and so on! Maybe you guys can help me with new creative ideas.

Dear Love Bird143 (sorry, I don't know your name).

This is for your information; I have been with this organization for 8 years now (joined in 2000). I started my career in Sales & Marketing, and for the past 3 years, I have been responsible for HR.

Hi,

You can give them an appreciation letter along with a family party, where they can be awarded as loyal employees of the organization. You can give them gift vouchers, etc. ESOPs is a good idea provided your management agrees to it, especially if it is a big organization. A bonus might also be given, which is called a loyalty bonus.

Dear Poonam,

We already do loyalty bonuses for every 4 years (awarding Rs. 20,000/-) along with the appreciation letter. That is the reason I am looking for some creative ideas.

What is the full form of ESOPS?

Vidya
