hey seniors, neede ur help...as our company is going fro ISO recognition...v have to present a proper hr process..if you could please share your valuable solutions....

HR processes have many areas to cover, so it would be helpful to know your quality objectives. Based on that information, you will need to identify and establish policies and procedures.

I would like to inquire about the current documents you have regarding HR policies, etc. With that information, we will be able to create HR documents. According to ISO standards, retention, recruitment, and training are likely to be four major objectives.

Hi Deepthi,

As RK rightly said, you need to review your current HR processes.

For instance, if you have training programs, what is the level of effectiveness measured via training feedback? Or in terms of recruitment, have you defined quantifiers like one month for freshers, three months for positions above managers, etc.

Dear Deepthi,

ISO has a lot of different modules, so kindly tell me which module you are going for. Secondly, ISO is all about maintaining regular and rigorous records for each process you follow. You need to have proper MIS for each activity you do in HR, whether it is Recruitment, Induction, Employee Relations, Trainings, Competencies of Employees, or any other. If ISO recognition is the only purpose, then in that case, what Sandeep has said is absolutely right.
