Hi,
Can anyone help me in formulating an Exit Interview Format? I shall be grateful to know about the further course of action regarding the review of Exit Interviews. In this case, I would like to know what points should be covered in an exit interview format for an employee in a technical job.

Hello Ajay,
Enclosed, please find a sample Exit Interview format that focuses on the issues that come into play when an employee decides to leave a company. The survey will help employers understand the factors that are involved, focusing on issues dealing with the manager, job, and overall satisfaction.
I hope this sample will help you a lot in formulating the exit interview according to the needs of your organization.
Sincerely,
Adnan

Hi Everyone,
I'm employed with an MNC in its BPO division and dealing with exits. The format used by the company is pretty fine and has been giving good results, but I want to add something new to it. It asks questions like:
- Reason for leave
- How do employees feel about the organization, etc.
But what I want is how to make the exit more interesting (both for employees and employers) and useful for employers in terms of feedback. What data should I try to capture? I'm trying a bit, but I don't want the exit to happen just as a formality.
Can someone help me, please?
