Hey Sanjana,

I have been maintaining our company newsletter single-handedly for the past many months. I hope I can help you.

You can name it as "Connect" or "Waves" or something innovative like this. Regarding articles...

First page should always be filled with the news of your company like From the CEO's Desk or Operations Desk, Monthly Review Meeting highlights (if you have any such), Star Employee of the Month, New Joiners, Birthday wishes, and more.

The second page should be titled "News from Office." On this page, you can try writing small write-ups with photographs on the events that happen in your company, such as marriages, birthday celebrations, or any events conducted by your company. This page depends on the kind of industry you are in.

The third page should inform your employees about a policy each month. You can also add an article called "Corporate Hero," where you would write about Corporate Heroes like Ray Kroc (McDonald's), Karsanbhai K Patel (Nirma), Dhirubhai Ambani (Reliance), etc. An interesting article to include is "Know Your Colleague," where you write an article on one of your employees every month. You could even do two if you want to. Conduct interviews with your employees, gather some interesting insights from their lives, and then go ahead and print them. I enjoy doing it. I hope you will too.

The fourth page should contain fillers such as Horoscopes, Corporate cartoons, Quizzes, amazing facts, and more. For corporate cartoons, glasbergen.com is a wonderful site.

I am suggesting a newsletter format on an A3 Sheet. If you are planning something different, do let me know. I will see if I can help you in any way.

I hope this information will be helpful to you in one way or another.

Good luck for your new endeavor.

Regards, Kiran.

Hello everyone!

I am a student pursuing an MBA and currently undertaking a summer internship in HR. I have been assigned the task of assisting the HR department in creating a newsletter. Could anyone help me by suggesting what should be included in a company's newsletter? Additionally, if possible, could you provide me with real-life examples of newsletters?

ASAP.

Thank you,
Reena :)

Dear all,

I was also searching for newsletter suggestions, and the recommendations were helpful. Could you also let me know where I can find professional motivating stories to include in the newsletter, as well as designs for a professional newsletter?

Regards,
Amudha

Hi Kiran,

Thank you so much for sharing this newsletter information. I'm working with an automobile company, and they are currently involved in 7 joint ventures in India. I also have to prepare this newsletter on a quarterly basis going forward. To date, I have only requested inputs from all the JVs and have been contemplating where to start. If you could provide me with a bit more guidance on this, I would be really grateful.

Thanks in advance!

Dear all,

Kindly help me with writing an editorial message for my company magazine. I am a new recruit and would appreciate your guidance on this matter. I have ideas for other topics such as cartoons, articles, etc., but I lack experience in crafting editorial messages. Your assistance would be invaluable.

Please help!
