The scale listed gives useful information, but I don't think it represents samples collected from across the country. Speaking very specifically, Tirupur, a textile hub, pays far differently from that of this scale.

It was nice, but I think you didn't take the samples right. Geographical location plays a key part in salary negotiation. We agree that Banking and IT are the hot cakes in the job market, but I can tell you about many organizations in IT where an HR Manager gets more than five times the salary you have mentioned.
