Hi,

As you know, most of the top positions are held by women. Yes, women are coming out of their traditional lifestyle, educating themselves, and making a mark in the work field. Most organizations have women who hold excellent positions in HR. They are contributing to every field, like training and recruitment. You will find many related articles on this in business world magazines.

Hi,

Woman has 1000 characters at the same time. She is aware of the moment at which character she has to apply, but man lacks this quality or has it to a lesser extent than woman.

In HR, soft skills are required to handle the HR department, and you are well aware of this skill with women.

Basically, HR is nothing but a wait-and-watch process regarding people at work. And you know women have the quality to assess anyone within seconds.

You may vomit everything, but women can't because they have a skill for hiding things, which is required in HR.

In general, men are attracted to women, which is also a point to consider during recruitment. Hahaha. Don't mind, it's my personal view, which may be wrong.

Guys, let me tell you, before the IT evolution in India, the Indian industry mostly consisted of the manufacturing industry. In all manufacturing industries, HR played vital roles in implementing rules and regulations, maintaining IR, and implementing labor laws, etc. In those days, trade unions were the major threat to the employers to handle. Employees used to get their demands only through agitation. So, guys were required to handle any kind of situation.

But now, employers have realized the welfare and economic importance of employees. In fact, many organizations have formed trade unions. So, handling complex situations in the industry nowadays has started declining in the private sector compared to public sectors. One of the important factors is the high literacy rate among the workforce in India, which is also a reason for the reduction in employee agitation.

Nowadays, HR departments are closely working with the strategic plan of the company. As we know, women are better decision-makers than guys, and there are no issues from them as far as the employer is concerned.

If you really look into the current scenario, women are placed in decision-making positions, while guys would be sitting next to them to handle the situations. This is because of the better decision-making capacity of women in strategic and implementation points.

I think I have given you a better perception from my end.
