Please tell me what the various ways of identifying High Potential Employees through PMS are, other than the Bell Curve method. Are there any structured and objective ways followed by companies to do this?

Yes, there is a Talent Survey through which this can be achieved. This is derived from data on well-performed employees, also considering their previous ratings. This evaluation is purely based on the feedback from their bosses and a forum on certain attributes.
