Hi all,

Can anyone please help me in formulating a questionnaire to be given to the employees in my organization who had attended a training session on Verbal Communication? I want to test whether they have really understood the topic and are willing to continue working on their weaknesses.

Hi Reetu,

You will have to design the format keeping in mind what you have trained them on. Also, if you are already aware of their weaknesses, why not put them in the questionnaire? This will help you in analyzing whether your training was effective or not. Include topics like different tenses, stresses on syllables, etc.
