Dear Simhan, thank you so much for sharing these links; they are truly helpful. However, I am still unable to find a measurement tool for email writing. I have my presentation ready with all the Do's and Don'ts of email writing, and the only assistance I am seeking is for a scorecard/evaluation or a rubric to measure these skills. Please let me know if you can help with that.
