Retention strategies vary from sector to sector and are influenced by various external and internal factors. If you could specify the sector in which you are working, it would be much easier to explain things because I have some ideas.

Thank you for sending this link. Could you please send me some suggestions for me? I am pursuing MA in PM&IR from TISS, Mumbai, India. I have been assigned a project in one of the largest BPOs to enhance the current induction process and minimize candidate dropouts. The current dropout rate is around 5-7%. I would appreciate any suggestions you could provide on improving the process by considering elements such as interactivity, motivation, and effective communication.

Please reply with numerous suggestions. I am considering ideas such as incorporating games into the process and implementing a feedback mechanism after completion.

Retention policies during the induction period!! You are covering the essentials at the right time.
