Enhancing the Working Environment

Create a better working environment by providing facilities for employees, such as subsidized food. Implement a retention bonus scheme and an effective Performance Management System (PMS). Consider Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) schemes, if applicable. Ensure the pay structure aligns with industry standards. There are many more aspects to consider for improving the overall working environment.
