HR policies need to be framed keeping in mind the employee perspective. Policies are meant to be used by employees; hence, relevant details without any ambiguity must be included in the policies.
An architecture needs to be created from the time an employee applies until he/she exits. Based on the architectural components, policies need to be framed.
