Hi, Is it necessary to have agreements such as "Non-disclosre agreements" between two companies to be on stamp paper? What will happen if the agreement was on a plan paper? Thanks in advance. Prasad

Hi Prasad,
Mr. Yedulprakash has rightly suggested that the NDA can be printed on plain papers. The only criterion to make it binding and effective is that the agreement has to be signed by both parties. If it is between a company on one hand and an individual on the other, you may get it printed on the letterhead of the company. It has legal validity and enforceability.
