To receive, greet, and direct persons and telephone calls to the concerned department in order to maintain a smooth flow of communication and interaction within and with persons and establishments outside the company. To assist Managers and Admin staff in performing secretarial and administrative work to achieve work accomplishments in time.

Candidate Profile:

Educational Qualifications and Certifications:

Graduate in any discipline. Certificate/Diploma course in secretarial practices and computers is an added advantage.

Functional Skills:

Telephone handling. Computer keyboard handling with knowledge of MS Office. Operates office equipment such as a photocopier, fax machine, and binding machines. The receptionist needs to perform duties, including keeping an eye on who comes and goes while also monitoring the reception area and guest rooms. Receptionists have to ensure that the appointment books are well-maintained and coordinated. Trilingual: English, Hindi, Gujarati.

Behavioral Skills:

Effective verbal communications and listening skills. Enthusiastic and pleasant.

Total Years of Experience:

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience is required.

For example, if I have a vacancy for an HR manager and I post the specific requirement here, then you all can apply to me, and I can quickly fill this position.
