I am assigned to write an essay on the 'Change Management' that has been practiced or yet to be practiced in any of the Australian companies like Qantas or so. If anybody is in possession of the information about change management in an Australian company, I may please be informed.

Hello!
Your PowerPoint presentation was great. Can you advise me on how to gauge the effectiveness of the changes that were implemented in a public sector bank in India? Also, what are the parameters that should be taken care of while making a questionnaire to see how the employees react to these changes and if they are ready for any more changes in the future?
Thank you very much.

Hi,
In business and in life, we do have a choice. And the choice really boils down to this... either we manage change, or it will manage us. The truth, of course, is that change can be a wonderful gift. In fact, it is the key that unlocks the doors to growth and excitement in any organization. Then why is it so hard? Why... because we are all creatures of habit and uncharted waters are scary!
