Hi Dipti,
There's nothing like a specific list of questions for a telephonic round. It varies from interviewer to interviewer. Mainly, it will carry questions like "Tell me about yourself," your current salary, the nature of the candidate's business, and (if a fresher) when they completed their studies and in what field. Interviewers may also ask something uncommon.
Thanks & Regards,

Questions for a Telephonic Interview
I have a few questions you may ask during a telephonic interview. Firstly, inform the candidate about your:
- Company name
- Your name and designation
- Reason for calling
- Confirm if they are ready for the telephonic round
1) Start with the candidate's introduction.
2) What is their current work status?
3) If employed, where are they working?
4) What are their job responsibilities?
5) What is their current CTC?
6) What kind of job are they looking for?
7) Why do they want to join our organization?
8) What is their expected CTC?
9) Why do they want to leave their current job?
Note: Ask one or two logical questions to assess the candidate's decision-making abilities.
