To select the employee of the month you can ask for the recommendations from the HOD’sa of the particular departments, if there is any format of Monthly appraisals in your organization than work out on recommended names with appraisals.

Its an excellent idea of strating a Man of the month. We have already started in our orgnisation from last 3 month. We have started STAR of the Month.
The Parameters we judge are:
By Team Leader:
1. Performance
2. Team Player
3. Initiative
4. Learner
By HR:
1. Behavior
2. Attitude
3. Appearance
We also take voting form all the employees. whom do they think should me the STAR.
