The purpose of Rewards and Recognition is to motivate employees. For that, we are starting with spot awards. Now, this is to acknowledge and demonstrate immediate and spontaneous appreciation for the contributions of individuals.
The question was how to practically do it, how to work out the budget, and the forms, etc. How many awards for each department or have limited awards with HR who will distribute it?
In the welfare activity, I wanted to know some different activities that can be done. Again, with the budget and practically how to implement it. Something that helps team building and makes employees familiar with each other. Some games or activities where we can get to know some different talents in our employees and perhaps use it to the benefit of the organization.
For all this, I need the help of all our seniors. Hope I have made myself very clear in what I am looking for. Please do reply.

Rewards and recognitions do not actually need a very high budget. I can give you a few examples of rewards that we have in our organization:
1. For the guys who are calling (telecallers), we have stars placed on their workstations if we notice that the calls they are making are fantastic.
2. For the field employees, we have special badges made.
3. To bring the best performer to the notice of all in the organization, we have a hi-5 notice board where their name and accomplishments are displayed.
4. We also have certificates made on PowerPoint. These are distributed by the top boss of that department.
5. If you want to give something at a monetary level, gift coupons are a good idea.
