I am working with a company in the Middle East and have more than 10,000 employees. We have a large Recruitment Team and face significant pressure to successfully and timely complete the Recruitment Process. As part of this, I need to establish a policy for an Incentive Scheme that will be linked to the successful and timely completion of Recruitment Targets.

I would appreciate it if anyone could assist me with developing a policy or procedure.

Hi Iqbal,

Below is an incentive scheme, which is essentially a point system. You can assign it as follows:

1) 1 point would be 50 Rs. On timely closure of a requirement, you earn a total of 100 points, which ideally fetches you around Rs. 5000. You can adjust this ratio to your convenience.

2) The catch in this system is that if there is a slippage in untimely closures, then you can reduce the points accordingly and award the reduced amount.

Thank you for your valuable advice, but this will not work as I have a team of 13 individuals for recruitment. Some team members are directly involved in the recruitment process, while others are indirectly involved in tasks such as data mining from various sources like job portals and advertisements. Certain team members are responsible for preparing visa documents, and others handle new staff arrivals arrangements. I need to consider all team members because it's a collaborative effort.

Additionally, I would like to include some more points such as visa management, communication with internal customers (projects/departments), and external customers (recruitment agencies, candidates, etc.).
