Can anyone explain the sandwich leave policy in simple terms? I do know that if any employee takes leave on Friday and Monday while Saturday and Sunday are the weekend off, it will be counted as 4 days of leave. But what if an employee takes leave on Monday while Saturday and Sunday are the weekend off? Is it going to be counted as 3 days of leave, or will only Monday be considered as leave? Thank you.
