The errors you're encountering relate to issues with the Employees' Pension Scheme (EPS) and your status as a member or non-member of EPS in your current and previous establishments. Here's an explanation of each error and what you might need to clarify or resolve:

For PF Withdrawal Error:

Error Message: PREVIOUS ESTABLISHMENT EPS SERVICE RECEIVED BUT NON-EPS MEMBER IN THIS EST. CLARIFY

- Explanation: This error indicates that you have received service under the Employees' Pension Scheme (EPS) from your previous establishment(s), but in your current establishment (where you are applying for PF withdrawal), you are classified as a non-EPS member.
- Clarification Needed: You need to clarify with your current employer or the PF office why you are classified as a non-EPS member in your current establishment despite having EPS service from previous establishments.
- Resolution Steps:
1. Contact your current employer's HR department or PF department to understand why you are classified as a non-EPS member.
2. Provide any necessary documents or details related to your EPS membership from previous establishments.
3. Request them to rectify the classification if there has been an error or to guide you on how to become an EPS member in your current establishment, if applicable.

For Pension Withdrawal Error:

Error Message: NON-EPS MEMBER IN THIS EST. BUT EPS SERVICE RECEIVED FROM PREV EST. CLARIFY

- Explanation: This error suggests that in your current establishment, you are classified as a non-EPS member, but you have received EPS service (contributions towards Employees' Pension Scheme) from previous establishments.
- Clarification Needed: Similar to the PF withdrawal error, you need to clarify with your current employer or the PF office about your EPS membership status and the discrepancy in EPS service received.
- Resolution Steps:
1. Contact your current employer's HR department or PF department to understand why you are classified as a non-EPS member despite having received EPS service from previous establishments.
2. Provide any relevant documents or details related to your EPS contributions from previous establishments.
3. Seek guidance on how to rectify the classification or resolve the discrepancy so that your pension withdrawal claim can proceed.

Additional Steps:

Ensure all necessary documents, including previous EPS service details, are submitted accurately and completely. Follow up promptly with your current employer or the PF office to resolve the issues and resubmit your withdrawal claims once the clarifications are provided.

If you encounter difficulties in resolving these issues with your current employer or the PF office, you may consider seeking assistance from a legal advisor specializing in employment and retirement benefits or contacting the EPFO (Employees' Provident Fund Organization) grievance cell for further assistance.
