Please help me with the following queries at the earliest possible:

1) Would it be possible to shift PF basic from actuals to a minimum basic of Rs. 15,000 upon an employee's request?

2) Can this request be considered in the middle of the financial year?

3) What are the statutory obligations of the employer related to the EPFO department in assisting employee interest in switching PF basic?

4) Can we show the employer contribution of 13.01% in the employee CTC structure in the offer letter, or can we only show 12%?
