I am seeking a good consultancy to take care of my entire gamut of HR, such as re-engineering, O.D., performance evaluation standards, training modules, etc., for our industry. The consultant should have exposure to the garment/home textile industry, be based in Chennai, and have branches in Bangalore and Delhi.
We are a home furnishing company with a significant global presence, generating over Rs. 120 crores and projecting over Rs. 500 crores for the year '07.
Can anyone help me identify an eminent consultant?
