Handling Employee Misconduct in the Absence of HR Policies
I am working in a manufacturing company as a PRO. Now, our company wants to take action against two employees who fought during working hours. However, in our company, there is no HR policy or leave policy, except for the travel policy. On what basis can a show cause notice be given to the two employees? Can employees take action against a company after receiving a show cause?

Questions about Employee's Mobile Usage
How long has the employee been found using a mobile in the plant area? Has any verbal warning already been issued to him? Has any written warning letter been issued to him already? If not, it would be better to issue a warning letter for using a mobile in the plant area.
