Hello Everyone, I have joined a startup company as an HR Manager. Currently, the team size is only 10 people, and 3-4 more people will join in the coming months. I have been asked to create an HR induction presentation to present to the team so we can use it for all new employees who join the company.

Yes, the common HR policies and the culture of the organization can be the same for all employees. Once this session is over, separate sessions by different departments may be provided. This will be followed by a session from the department where the employee will ultimately work. That session will typically involve on-the-job training and will be managed by the concerned department.
