I want to know the merits and demerits of the "New Labour Code" which is going to be implemented, If anyone knows about it kindly share some of your views.

Please read the new Labor Codes with State and Central rules in detail before understanding the merits and demerits. Merits and demerits are perceptions built by each individual and randomly vary. So far, my understanding of the labor codes is that the majority are merits, except for a few demerits. This will again vary from organization to organization.
Merits of the New Labor Codes
Some merits include the scientific definition of wages (Basic & DA) being the same in all codes for the first time in labor codes, etc.
