If your office comes under the purview of the Shops and Establishment Act, then you need to follow leave rules as per the Shops and Establishment Act of your State. Else, if your employer is a manufacturer, then you need to follow leave rules as applicable under the Factories Act. But in both cases, the total employee count should be 10 and above.
