Hi, As per process your Reporting Officer or Manager should prepare KRA for you. KRA is nothing but it is the comprehensive list of your key roles and responsibilities.

Dear Mr. VM Lakshminarayanan,
You have written, "As per process, your Reporting Officer or Manager should prepare KRA for you. KRA is nothing but the comprehensive list of your key roles and responsibilities."
The first part of your reply is correct. However, the second part "KRA is nothing but the comprehensive list of your key roles and responsibilities" is incorrect. If KRAs were just a comprehensive list of roles and responsibilities, how would they differ from the JDs?
Understanding KRAs
KRAs are designed to measure the work done within a specific time frame. The key drivers of measurement include quality, quantity, customer satisfaction, cost, accuracy, delivery time or turnaround time, capacity utilization, and customer satisfaction, among others. Each KRA must adhere to the SMART principle, meaning they should be Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Realistic, and Time-bound.
Thanks,
