Dear Seniors,

Good evening!

I work in the educational industry, specifically in sales and marketing. We have various branches in Maharashtra, each with a branch manager, counselor, event executive, branch executive, and admin.

My boss has asked me to prepare Key Result Area (KRA) settings for the above-mentioned designations, which should be linked to performance appraisals. I kindly request all seniors to assist me with this matter as it is urgent.

Regards,
Kishor

Hi Kishor

First, you need to understand their job role, and then you need to identify critical performance areas in their role. Taking that into consideration, you need to build their KRAs.

For Example:
Admin: focus on cost-cutting, facility administration, etc.
Counselor: With good communication skills, a person should be able to handle queries, convince, manage footfalls in the branch, and improve conversion ratios.

When building KRAs:
1) Keep it brief.
2) Each KRA should have a maximum of 5 points.
3) KRAs should always start with a verb.

Dear Pankhuri,

Thanks for your response. Can you email me the KRA's for salesperson, admin, branch head, and counselor as I am new to this organization? It will be very nice of you if you could email me.

Regards,
Kishor
