There are many free formats of training agreements available online/in this forum. You may refer to the same to gain some idea. However, I would suggest consulting a Professional Labor Advocate and getting the draft through them. The reason is that you need to specify certain points, such as the type of training to be provided and the cost factors involved, such as software license costs/professional trainer charges, etc., which alone can justify the purpose of the training agreement.
Just using free templates will not serve your purpose.
