Hi Professionals, Bouncers/ Private PSO comes under which category of Minimum wages ? Unskilled, Semi-Skilled or Skilled or Highly- Skilled, I couldn’t find the same in Govt. notification.

Bouncers are essentially security guards and have to be paid accordingly. If they have gun licenses, then they have to be paid more. Bouncers cannot be considered in terms of the USW/SSW/SW categorization for industrial purposes. They are deployed based on their physical prowess and swift reaction, so a lot of risks are involved in their daily operation. Hence, payment to them has to take care of these extra requirements.

Negotiate according to their skills and the nature of the work to be executed by them.
Ten years ago, my establishment deployed three bouncers for the safety of my team through security agencies at 30k per month with bachelor accommodation. All of them were multi-skilled and carried personal revolvers.
