The proposed draft suggested above for poor performance cannot be answered by any workmen, as it is not maintainable and is very vague and ambiguous. How do you expect the charge-sheeted workmen to reply on what parameter? If any show cause notice is issued for performance, it should be quantified or measurable in numbers or units. If in a group or line function, the recorded stoppage of the production line due to willful delay by the alleged delinquent workmen should be established.
