Dear Sir/Madam, Please clarify in the Unified Labor Return on the Shram Suvidha portal. While filing man-days worked, do we consider both normal hours of work and overtime hours multiplied by 2 to reach the actual man-days worked, or should we show only normal man-days of 8 hours?

Dear Sudeep Malakar, While inputting "Mandays worked," we need to only enter the "Number of Present Days" during the tenure. This is not linked to the "Number of Paid Days." Days paid for days off, holidays, leaves, etc., must be excluded if not worked or present. In the case of overtime, only one day will be considered. I hope the above will resolve the query; seniors can share more insights.
