Are you considering moonlighting, or are you opposed to it? Please clarify. Most organizations have an explicit clause in their offer of appointment or appointment order stating that the employee must devote full time and energy to the organization's purposes. Employees are typically prohibited from engaging in any trade, business, vocation, or profession while employed by the organization.
