I want to create a fresh leave policy for the company apart from the existing ones. Also, I need to calculate the overall productivity hours of the company. I need to know the calculation for OT hours and deductions too. Also, I need to create a No Objection Certificate for an employee who is going to be terminated by the company.

Calculation of Work Hours
I have a doubt - we work for 9 hours, and 0.5 hours are allocated for a lunch break. Can lunch hours be included when calculating a day's salary? Kindly suggest.

Working Hours and Overtime Regulations
Total hours excluding the intervals of rest shall not exceed 8 hours on any day if you work for 6 days a week. This is excluding lunch and other breaks. The daily spread over, including the intervals for rest, shall not exceed 10 hours and 30 minutes. Any work beyond 8 hours a day or 48 hours a week shall attract overtime payment at double the rate of wages.

Hi Joseph, What "No Objection Certificate" do you require? You have stated that the NOC is for an employee who is about to be terminated. What is the background of the termination, and why do you want the NOC to be collected from the employee? Can you please shed more light on this?
