Hi, When an employee fails to serve the proper notice period as per the terms and conditions of their appointment order, they are not eligible for a Relieving/Experience certificate. If the employee absconds, you need to follow the disciplinary process: Warning/termination letters. If the employee didn't abscond but is insisting on immediate relief, then take their request in writing, and you may issue a termination letter stating: "Per your resignation letter dated __, you had submitted resignation but had expressed your inability to serve the proper notice period. Hence, your services are being terminated by the closing hours of ____."
